I've visited PQC myself and with my children in the past, but have never given reviews. Despite mixed experiences, I will only review based on my last personal visit this week. When I arrived (9am-sh) they were not busy. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Waited about 10 minutes before call-back. Triage nurse was pleasant as well. Waited in treatment room about 20 minutes and was seen by ANP Meshkani. She was a very pleasant practitioner and easy to discuss symptoms/treatments. Overall, I was pleased with the visit. I was in and out in about an hour. Some of that waiting time was for flu and strep culture test results. They were getting busy when I left around 10 am.

Fast and convenient minor medical care is getting a ton of competition in Jackson now.

VERY disappointing... I understand they can't control when they run out - but it would have been greatly appreciated to have been told PRIOR to waiting over 2 hours to be seen.

I had called before I arrived to make sure they performed the vaccination I needed. I waited over 2 hours to be seen and once I was called back, they informed me that they did not have the vaccine I needed.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the receptionist being nice. The drs are a joke and I'm very disappointed. We will NOT go back again. We were desperate when we went because nobody else was open. Go to The Little Clinic in Kroger or 45 Urgent a Care.

I went to Milan Quality Care! I went in because I was very irritable, paid $60, Nurse Heather Webb comes out and starts counseling me on what I should or shouldn't do! and doesn't give me a prescription or anything to calm me down before I leave the clinic and now send me a bill saying I owe $7 more for this visit , I felt like I should have been given something to calm me down before I left not Counseling! I feel like I paid my money but received no services

I rarely give 5-star reviews to medical providers, so 4-stars is pretty good.

I've been using this facility for several years. It's a nice facility, with a mostly friendly staff. The doctors are great on both sides. The urgent care/walk-in side, gives you a sense that they care about your comfort and well being. I like the fact that you can pay your $125 office visit & be billed later, should they have to run tests or do something extra. When it comes to primary care, things change. You still pay the same $125 office visit cost, then you're billed later for additional costs, even when no extra services were rendered, nor any extra time was spent with the PCP. That's when you find out that they categorize people into a tiered system to get more money out of the insurance companies. Since I was self pay, I mentioned this issue, got a credit for the extra cost, then my next visit landed another bill in my mailbox, for the exact same thing. If they don't make your next appointment, while you're in the office, you'll have a hard time making an appointment within a reasonable amount of time by calling in later. If you're PCP is out, they'll set you up with another doctor, but you'll be receiving minimal care, even if nothing has changed, and it will force you to make another appointment, in the immediate future, with your PCP, so you may as well wait if you're able. Now the physical therapy side is great! Everyone on that side is an absolute joy to see and talk with. Overall, it's a great place to seek medical care and physical therapy.
