I have a friend in their now and even with the password nurses are rude and disrespectful. They hang up on you and won't confirm anything. They don't relay messages. I don't know anything about the care yet, my friend had only been in there for a day. So far it has not been a good experience.
Friendly staff but serious about detoxing their patients off of everything in a safe manor....
