I finally heard back from the billing department. It turns out they actually charged me for a follow up appointment that they scheduled just to give me results from a scan that could have been given over a phone call.

I really think that Dr Day is a great doc and his sweet nurse natile I love just love them both..I have faith in them that they will do all they can so that when I suffer it will be just a little while
What in the world? I didn't receive any blood tests, or special testing in the office. The Doctor talked to me, felt the back of my neck and chest, then referred me to another specialist.( I call that spreading the wealth) No diagnosis, no nothing. I received a more thorough exam from my General Physician. This is just what they charged me. Don't get me started on what they billed insurance company.
Paid my $60.00 dollar co-pay. Now well over a month later I receive another bill for $60.00 saying it's for "OV Expanded Problem". What?
