I'll never visit this place again!!! I've been to several nail shops but I've never been to a nail shop where they don't give u a chance to pick ur polish color. I was rushed to the pedicure chair and there was no water in the foot spa then as I sat down he walked off leaving me sitting and waiting every other nail shop I've been to they take off your shoes for u which left me bending over in the lady sitting beside me face. The man Mike was his name came back over and came back rushing again and cut the hot water on my feet. He didn't put anything in my water at all when I chose the fire package which included everything. My feet sat in the water all of 5 minutes before he pulled them right out trying to scrub when I had already told him that I had a lot of dead skin which is why I chose the most expensive package which was 45 dollars he said he was charging me an extra 10 dollars in a joking way. I chose my nail color and he comes back with 2 polishes telling me which one to use not telling me that the polish was another extra 10 dollars long story short I was charged 65 dollars for a pedicure that was half done and over charged!!! Something told me not to try a place named pro nails and stick to a nail spa and not a nail shop.
Excellent service. I put them in a rush getting there as late as I did yet they still found a way to give me A pedicure and a acrylic fill and did an excellent job of it. Very friendly and even at the end of the day they did an extra good job whereas some places may have rushed through it because they were tired. Strongly recommend and I will go back again
they were really great!!!! they made sure i was happy with my nails. they talked to me the whole time !! they did an AMAZING job!!!
