I have had great experiences here from the friendly and helpful staff to the amazing services! I have tried several of the massage therapist and each one has been very professional and gives a great massage! The Vichy shower was great! I love getting the mud treatment! Thank you Jackson massage and day spa for the wonderful and relaxing experiences! I will be back!
I did a lot of research on massage options in both Jackson and Memphis, and feel it doesn't come any better than Tarra at Jackson Massage and Day Spa.
As far as my massage, Tarra made me feel very very comfortable and had great communication. I would have been a bit uneasy if she tried to talk too much during the massage, but she didn't at ALL. I really loved that she talked a professional, appropriate amount when I initiated questions or comments. It was also just enjoyable conversation; she was fun to talk to! As for the massage itself, WOW. I will never receive a massage from anyone else if I can help it. She is clearly well-trained and passionate about her career.

I got an hour and a half massage with Tarra, and was extremely impressed. I also received a massage here four years ago, but it was with a different massage therapist who I believe isn't there anymore. This past time though, I liked the ease of booking the appointment, the option to pay at the beginning or the end, the reminder of the appointment and asking if I wanted to move it up when someone else canceled, and the clear and courteous demeanor of the girls at the desk. That's the office side of things, that I appreciate being well-run.
I love going here for massages! Their prices are wonderful and I've had mostly good luck with services. My only complaint, one that can be fixed with better management, is that the front office staff seems to not care so much for the idea that a spa is be a place where we go to relax. I wanted to arrive, sit in a quite room, listen to the nature CD, and smell essential oils. Instead, the door that should be closed was open. I could hear everything going on with other clients coming and going. Personal conversations with the staff, appointment reminders being called out...
I just left... and wow!! I've had many massages, from multiple locations. But today was the best I've ever experienced! Thank you Tarra at Jackson Massage &Day Spa! I would definitely recommend.
