Nice place for a vitamin shoppe.
The only time they spoken was when I'm leaving
Stephanie and her team always help me to find what i need every time i stop in.
The store was empty. I seen an associate at the front desk from outside the door as I parked my car. As i walk up to the building the associate see's me through the glass store front. As i open the store's door, instead of the associate greeting me; he puts his head down and acts if no one ever entered the store. I then began to browse the clearance table directly infront of him for like 5 minutes, before i walked passed the guy and etc. 10 to 15minutes into me being inside the store I heard him utter the words "doing alright". & thats only because he could feel me approaching him to ask a quick question. This is not a 1st time this guy has been terrible, it's more like the 10th time with the same associate. Great Store and the store's manager is Great. She does a great job. The staff is always great as well with the constant exception of associate # 040719, or for lack of his real name we'll identify him as 'the balding black guy who usually wears those light brown eye contacts'. He is always no help and or awkward customer service, but he is even worse when he's working alone. This is coming from someone who spends ALOT of money with The Vitamin Shoppe. I spend everytime i walk into the store, unless its for a specific thats not in stock at the time . (I dont want to get his name wrong, so I will update later with his name.) Associate # 040719, provides consistently horrible customer experience. He would preffer not to speak (at least he never speaks to me lol), he shys away from eye contact ( he maybe slightly embarressed about those light brown eye contacts), he runs away from questions and or conversation, (He will actually suggest you try GNC if you ask about something he's unsure of, even if its in the store). There must be better qualified candidates or actual professionals for the position he's wasting. Send him back to planet fitness as soon as he comes up out of the Suken Place
Such a friendly staff. My first time going to The Vitamin Shoppe was a pleasant experience. Stephanie was very informative and help all the customers that came in. She also offered suggestions. They had a range of products. I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the store. I will definitely return.
