As a participating provider with my insurance, the only thing legally required as payment up front is a copay. Considering I have no copay, I should have been seen without any issues. This office turned me away because I had a balance still due toward my deductible after refusing what payment I COULD afford on the day of visit. Considering they are the only participating provider in the area for my insurance, this is flat fraud to refuse me service when they are participating. Needless to say, I have filed a grievance with my insurance for the blatant lack of service from a contracted provider.
I went in for a mole check and the doctor just glanced over my back, front, arms and legs. He did not seem professional. He was rude and did not want to answer my questions. I asked him to check my head and he kinda laughed at me and said that I had hair. When I am paying him to check me over. Not a good experience. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. The building was nice
