I like the end results at this car wash. A sa very clean vehicle with no damage. Compared to Wash Town on Oil Well Road, they have them beat big time. The owner of Wash Town did nothing to help us out, when his car wash damaged my brand new town and country van. My insurance has a thousand dollar deductible so that was expensive car wash. I highly recommend Auto Clean Express in South Jackson. Met the owner, nice guy.
For the money I didn't think I'd be the one doing all the work. .and then to top it off when you get done doing it yourself they have the nerve to put a tip jar next to the nasty towels that your supposed to use .....here's a tip get off you butt and do something no worries I won't be back
I’m so upset and this is why I’m reviewing. I’ve been a loyal customer with no complaints until today! I brought my brand new car there today and the first thing I notice is scratches all over my car!! I know they weren’t there prior because I had the car detailed when I bought it. The only thing I did was go through the wash and would’ve never thought that it would’ve done that... lesson learned.
They could care less about customer satisfaction. Really gone downhill since first opening.
