Good service, prices and products.
They try to say they have good customer service, but they were extremely flippant and arrogant. Will never buy a trailer from them. I would rather spend more money elsewhere than let them have my business.
The owner of the business does not know how to run his business because I made a trip that was 90 miles away so he can tell me that he only accepts cash when i showed up do buy a trailer and i noticed that he doesn't care much of his clients nor buisness. A day before today i talked to him through the phone and i told him that i needed a 16 foot trailer with no tell gate and said that he had it in hand but when i arriveed to his place he told me that it will take him a month to make me a trailer without a tailgate. So i agreed to his condition to buy his trailer with a tailgate and then he offered me a discount of 25 dollars for the tellgate, then i said no to his offer and then i pulled out my card to pay him and he said that he only accepts cash so i went to get cash and i called him that i was on my way back to close the deal and he said that he left the place i had to come the next day, and i told him that it would cost me more to make another 90 miles trip. I told him that he should at least give me a 100 dollar discount and he said "no i see you tommorow" and hanged up . Please someone take the building from this man for us the consumers that appreciate this buisness.
